Protein has the important task of increasing and maintaining muscle mass and is made up of amino acids. Amino acids are building blocks in the body. They help with digestion, muscle building and are necessary for the immune system to function.
Our protein sources have very good amino acid profiles. Hemp protein, for example, has properties that can be compared to whole animal protein. This means that it contains the eight essential amino acids that the body needs.

Dosage suggestion:
Mix 1 scoop of 50ml (30g) with 3 dl of water in a shaker and shake for 15 seconds.
